# NFT STAKING

Users can stake their NFTs and in return receive BLOCK & ASSET tokens. NFT staking aims to reduce the supply of NFTs on the open market, in return rewarding users.

ASSET tokens are unique to the Reward Store and can be spent in the Reward Store in exchange for exclusive athlete NFTs, experiences, merch and more. 

ASSET tokens cannot be sold or exchanged and only have used within the Reward Store.
